Berlin announced that bond was set late yesterday afternoon for a Woodridge man accused of possessing more than 55 grams of illegal narcotics and illegally possessing a loaded handgun found in a baby's crib. Tenzell Terry, 22 (d.o.b. 3/23/1999) of the 8100 block of Route 53, appeared at a bond hearing yesterday afternoon where Judge Robert Kleeman set bond at $350,000 with 10% to apply. Terry has been charged with one count of Armed Violence (Class X Felony), two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Class X Felony) two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 1 Felony) and one count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon (Class 3 Felony).
